Eligibility

Entry is open to Australian residents aged 25 years and over who purchase a new or demonstrator Ford Mustang (including the Mustang Mach-E) from one of the following participating dealerships during the promotional period:

• City Ford Rockdale
• City Ford Ryde
• City Ford Sydney
• Cumberland Ford
• Hillis Ford
• Power Ford
• Titan Ford

To qualify, the vehicle must be purchased, paid for in full, and delivered by 31 October 2025. Only purchases made by Retail, Blue, or Silver Fleet level customers are eligible.
Customers purchasing on higher fleet pricing levels (e.g., Gold, Platinum, etc.) are excluded
from the promotion.
Entrants must hold a valid passport with at least six months validity beyond the return travel date.
Entrants must be eligible to enter the USA and obtain a valid ESTA visa or appropriate U.S. travel visa.
Entrants must hold a valid driver’s license to participate in the 5 laps at Speed Vegas. Employees of the Promoter, associated dealerships, and their immediate families are not eligible.

How to Enter
Customers who purchase, pay for, and take delivery of a new or demonstrator Ford Mustang (including Mach-E) from a participating dealership between 1 July and 31 October 2025 will receive one automatic entry.
Customers who finance their vehicle purchase through dealer-arranged finance will receive
one (1) bonus entry, for a maximum of two (2) entries per transaction. All entries must be received by 11:59 PM AEDT on 31 October 2025.

Customers who finance their vehicle purchase through dealer-arranged finance will receive one
(1) bonus entry, for a maximum of two (2) entries per transaction.
Bonus entries are provided solely as a reward for financing through the dealership and do not constitute a requirement for entry. Participation in financing is entirely optional and not required to enter the promotion.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries and disqualify any entrant who breaches these terms or provides false information.

Prize Draw and Notification

This promotion is a game of chance. The prize draw will be conducted at random from all eligible entries received during the promotional period.
The draw will take place on 3rd November 2025 at the Promoter’s head office, located at 60
O’Riordan Street, Alexandria NSW.
The selected winner will be notified by telephone and email using the contact details provided
at the time of entry.
The winner’s name will also be announced on the Promoter’s official website and social media
channels.
If the winner cannot be contacted, is deemed ineligible, or does not accept the prize within a reasonable timeframe, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw the prize in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

The Prize

A Mustang Experience Trip for two (2) to the USA, valued up to $17,500 AUD, including:

• Return economy airfares for two from Sydney to Detroit, Las Vegas, and back to Sydney (including taxes).
• Three nights’ twin-share accommodation (including breakfast) at The Henry, Dearborn (or similar).
• Three nights’ twin-share accommodation at ARIA Resort & Casino, Las Vegas (or similar).
• Flatrock Assembly Plant Tour (not open to the general public).
• Henry Ford Museum Tour in Detroit.
• Shelby Heritage Centre VIP Tour in Las Vegas.
• Grand Canyon West Rim Bus Tour, including breakfast, BBQ lunch, Hoover Dam stop, and VIP access.
• 5 Laps in a Shelby GT500 at Speed Vegas racetrack.

Travel Conditions

Travellers must provide proof of valid travel insurance to the dealership no later than ten (10) days prior to departure.
Travellers are responsible for obtaining and paying for their ESTA visa.
If a traveller is not eligible for an ESTA, they must obtain a valid U.S. visa at their own cost. Travellers are responsible for ensuring their passport and visa status allows travel to and entry into the United States.
If the winner cannot travel on the specified dates (20–27 April 2026), the prize may be forfeited.
Any changes to flights or travel dates requested by the winner are at their own expense.

Prize Claim Requirements

The winner must confirm acceptance within 7 days of notification. To claim the prize, the winner must provide valid ID and a current passport (with at least 6 months' validity beyond the travel date) for booking the USA trip.
If the winner does not hold a current passport at the time of claiming the prize, a buffer period may be granted at the discretion of the Promoter. The timeframe and requirements will be discussed with the winner during the prize claim process.
Failure to meet these conditions may result in prize forfeiture and a redraw. The Promoter’s
decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Prize Exclusions

The prize does not include:
•    Passport applications or renewals
•    ESTA visa fees or U.S. visa application costs
•    Travel insurance
•    Airline change fees or fare differences due to name/date changes
•    Excess baggage (over 23kg)
•    Meals not outlined above
•    Personal expenses (e.g., minibar, room service, laundry)
•    Optional activities not listed
•    Any additional costs outside of those explicitly included in the prize

Promotional Use and Consent

As a condition of entry and acceptance of the prize, the winner and their travel companion agree to: 
•    Participate in promotional activities (including being photographed or filmed) for
marketing purposes.
•    Grant the Promoter and its dealerships the right to use their name, image, voice, and likeness in promotional material related to this campaign in all media channels without compensation.
•    Provide the Promoter with photos from their trip for potential use in digital, print, or social media campaigns.

General

The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged, substituted, or redeemed for cash or other products or services.
If any element of the prize becomes unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute it with a prize of equal or greater value.
The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the promotion at any time without notice.
The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any participant who tampers with the promotion or breaches these terms.
All decisions made by the Promoter in connection with this promotion are final and binding. The Promoter collects personal information for the purpose of conducting this promotion and may use or disclose it in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
The cash prize may be considered taxable income. Winners should seek independent financial
advice regarding their obligations.

Inability and Indemnity

Participation in the prize and its associated activities is at the winner’s and companion’s own risk. The Promoter is not responsible for any illness, injury, delay, loss, or damage sustained during the promotion or trip. The Promoter will not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage incurred in connection with the prize. The Promoter is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or disruptions due to third parties or force majeure events.
The winner and companion must obtain comprehensive travel insurance prior to departure. Proof of insurance must be submitted to the Promoter no later than ten (10) days prior to departure.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute concerning the conduct of this promotion, eligibility, prize claims, or any other matter relating to these Terms and Conditions, the decision of the Promoter is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.
Any disputes or complaints must be submitted in writing to the Promoter within a reasonable timeframe. If the matter cannot be resolved internally, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the dispute through informal negotiation or, if necessary, through a relevant external consumer complaint resolution body or small claims tribunal in New South Wales, Australia.

Privacy

Personal information will be used to administer the promotion and in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy and the Privacy Act 1988.
