Thank you for servicing with City Ford! If you complete your Ford survey and return it you will go in the draw to win an Apple iPad drawn monthly.

Terms and Conditions for the City Ford Survey iPad Giveaway

1. Eligibility:

   • The promotion is open to customers who have serviced their vehicles with City Ford and have received a survey invitation.
   • Participants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
   • Employees of City Ford, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

2. How to Enter:

   • To enter the giveaway, customers must complete the Ford service survey and submit it as per the instructions provided.
   • Anonymous survey responses will be excluded from the draw. Only identifiable surveys with complete and accurate information will be eligible for the giveaway.

3. Draw Details:

   • A draw will be conducted monthly from all eligible survey submissions received within that month.
   • The prize will be an Apple iPad, the model and specifications of which will be determined at the sole discretion of City Ford.

4. Winner Selection and Notification:

   • The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries.
   • The winner will be notified via the contact details provided in their survey submission within seven (7) days of the draw date.
   • If the winner does not respond within fourteen (14) days of notification, City Ford reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

5. Prize Conditions:

   • The Apple iPad awarded as the prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash or any other item.
   • City Ford reserves the right to substitute the prize with another item of equal or greater value if the Apple iPad is unavailable for any reason.

6. General Conditions:

   • By entering the giveaway, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and any other requirements set forth in the promotional materials.
   • City Ford reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion at any time without notice if circumstances beyond its control make it necessary to do so.
   • City Ford is not responsible for any lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected survey submissions.

7. Privacy:

   • By participating in the giveaway, participants consent to the collection and use of their personal information by City Ford for the purpose of administering the giveaway and contacting the winner.

8. Governing Law:

   • These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which City Ford operates. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.

By completing and returning the survey, participants agree to all the terms and conditions stated above.
